  • NSCC is available only on controlled-access roads of certain highways.

    * A controlled-access road is a road with limited entrances and exits that allows uninterrupted high-speed traffic flow. In general, only passenger cars and motorcycles are allowed on these roads.

NOTICE

NSCC operates on main highway or motorway roads. It does not operate on interchanges, ramps, junctions, or similar road sections where navigation-based speed control may not be reliable.

Highway Curve Zone Auto Slowdown

If the Kia Seltos is traveling at a high speed, Highway Curve Zone Auto Slowdown may temporarily reduce vehicle speed or limit acceleration to help the driver pass through a curve more safely. This function uses curve information from the navigation system and works together with Smart Cruise Control when conditions are satisfied.

Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA) in the Kia Seltos uses information from detected road signs and, when equipped, the navigation system to inform the driver of the current road speed limit and related information. ISLA helps the driver stay aware of posted limits and maintain a speed appropriate for the road. CAUTION ISLA may not operate properly if the function is used in countries or regions where the system data, road signs, or navigation information are not supported.
