The Kia Seltos fuel filler door is opened from inside the vehicle by pulling up the fuel-filler door opener located on the front floor area near the driver's seat.
Opening the fuel filler door
If the fuel filler door does not open because ice has formed around it, tap lightly or press gently on the lid to break the ice and release it. Do not use excessive force. If needed, spray around the lid with an approved de-icer fluid, but do not use radiator anti-freeze. You may also move the Kia Seltos to a warmer place and allow the ice to melt naturally.
