Detection ranges are dynamic and vary based on your Kia K4 travel speed. The BCA system may not provide a warning if you pass other vehicles at significantly higher speeds.

Warning timing may fluctuate depending on the closing speed of vehicles approaching from behind.

Never attempt to disassemble, modify, or physically damage the sensor assembly.

If the sensor or its surrounding area has sustained any impact or damage, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist may stop functioning accurately, even if no warning light is active. Please have the system checked at an authorized Kia dealer.

Any replacement or repair of the sensors must be performed by an authorized Kia dealer to ensure proper calibration for the Kia K4.

Repainting or modifying the bumper where the rear corner radar sensors are located can compromise system functionality. Always use Kia Genuine Parts to ensure the performance of your Kia K4 safety systems.

Do not install items like license plate frames, stickers, films, or guards over the rear corner radar sensors.

If the rear bumper is replaced or painted, the BCA system may not perform correctly.

Installing aftermarket accessories such as trailers or bike carriers can block or interfere with the rear corner radar, which may disable or severely limit Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist performance.
