Basic function
Smart Cruise Control (SCC) in the Kia Seltos detects a vehicle ahead and helps maintain both the selected speed and a set following distance from the vehicle in front.
Overtaking Acceleration Assist
While SCC is operating, if the system determines that the driver intends to overtake the vehicle ahead, acceleration may be assisted to help complete the maneuver more smoothly.
Detecting sensor

The Kia Seltos smart key immobilizer system helps protect the vehicle from theft. If an incorrectly coded key or an unauthorized electronic device is used, the vehicle's power system may be disabled and the engine may not start. When the ENGINE START/STOP button is placed in the ON position, the immobilizer system indicator should illuminate briefly and then turn off.
