Warning Methods
You can adjust the Warning Methods with the ignition switch or ENGINE START/STOP button in the ON position.

Warning Volume: Select User Settings → Driver Assistance → Warning Volume on the LCD display, or select Setup → Vehicle → Driver Assistance → Warning Methods on the infotainment system.

Driving Safety Priority: Select Setup → Vehicle → Driver Assistance → Warning Methods → Driving Safety Priority on the infotainment system. For safer driving, the audio volume may temporarily decrease so the driver can hear the audible warning more clearly.
NOTICE

The Warning Methods you select may also apply to the warning volume of other ADAS functions.

Warning Methods will keep the last selected setting even if the Kia Seltos is restarted.

The setting menu may not be available depending on vehicle features, trim level, and specifications.

The Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) system in the Kia Seltos provides additional support for vehicle stability and steering response under certain driving conditions. VSM may assist in the following situations: When driving on a slippery road surface. When the system detects a difference in traction between the left and right wheels.When selecting a Child Restraint System for your child, always choose a restraint that fits the child, fits the Kia Seltos seating position, and can be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure the CRS has a label certifying that it meets FMVSS 213. Select a child restraint based on your child's height and weight.
