Kia Seltos: Driver assistance system / Rear View Monitor (RVM)

Rear View Monitor (RVM) activates when the back-up light is ON, the ignition switch is ON, and the shift lever is in R (Reverse). RVM is a supplemental function that shows the area behind the Kia Seltos through the infotainment system while backing up.

Seat belt systems in the Kia Seltos should never be disassembled, modified, or repaired by the owner. Always make sure the belt webbing, buckles, latches, anchors, and related hardware are not damaged by seat hinges, doors, sharp objects, or improper use. WARNING Pinched seat belt When returning the rear seatback to its upright position, make sure the seat belt webbing and buckle do not become caught or pinched.

If your Kia Seltos is equipped with a sunroof, you can slide or tilt the sunroof glass using the sunroof switch located on the overhead console. This feature adds extra light and ventilation to the cabin, but it should always be operated carefully and only when conditions are safe. The sunroof can be operated only when the ignition switch or the ENGINE START/STOP button is in the ON or START position.
