The Rear View Monitor (RVM) in the Kia EV6 displays the area behind the vehicle to assist the driver during
parking,
reversing, and low-speed maneuvering. The system is designed to improve rear visibility and help provide safer

proper use of the restraint systems, including seat belts, airbags, and child restraint systems. Correct seating
posture and proper restraint usage significantly reduce the risk of injury during sudden stops or collisions.

To reduce the risk of severe or fatal injuries and to receive the maximum safety benefit from the
restraint systems installed in the Kia EV6:
Never place an infant, child, or booster seat in the front passenger seat of the Kia EV6.

Emergency Stop in the Kia EV6 is designed to assist when the system determines that the driver may be
unresponsive.
When this condition is detected, the system helps keep the vehicle centered in the lane and supports controlled
deceleration so the vehicle can be brought to a stop more safely within the driving lane.
