The Kia EV6 Lane Following Assist (LFA) system is designed to help keep the vehicle centered within its lane while driving.

The Kia EV6 Lane Following Assist system detects visible lane markings and/or vehicles ahead using the front view camera and assists with steering control to help maintain stable lane positioning.

This Kia EV6 driver assistance technology is especially helpful during highway driving, long-distance travel, and moderate traffic conditions.

The Kia EV6 front view camera monitors lane markings, lane boundaries, and vehicles ahead to support Lane Following Assist operation.

When the VSM system is actively operating, the ESC indicator light ( ) blinks on the instrument cluster. While the Vehicle Stability Management system is functioning properly, the driver may occasionally notice slight steering corrections, mild pulsation through the vehicle chassis, or subtle steering wheel feedback from the Motor Driven Power Steering (MDPS) system.

The Kia EV6 Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist system may operate abnormally, operate unexpectedly, or become temporarily limited under the following conditions: The Kia EV6 detection sensors or nearby surrounding areas are contaminated, blocked, or physically damaged. The temperature around the Kia EV6 front camera becomes extremely high or extremely low.
