The Kia EV6 integrated memory system is especially useful when the vehicle is shared by multiple drivers with different seating preferences.
WARNING
Never attempt to operate the integrated memory system while the Kia EV6 is moving. Sudden seat, steering wheel, or mirror movement could distract the driver and may result in loss of vehicle control, serious injury, or property damage.
NOTE
If the vehicle battery is disconnected or completely discharged, all stored memory settings may be erased.
If the integrated memory system does not operate correctly, have the Kia EV6 inspected by an authorized Kia dealer.
Shift the Kia EV6 into P (Park) while the EV button is in the DRIVE READY position.
Adjust the driver’s seat, outside rearview mirrors, steering wheel, and other available settings to the desired positions.
Press and hold memory button (1 or 2). The system will emit a notification sound and a confirmation message such as Driver 1 or Driver 2 settings saved will appear on the infotainment display.
The Kia EV6 memory seat function allows drivers to save preferred comfort settings for faster vehicle preparation before driving.
Shift the Kia EV6 into P (Park) while the EV button is in the DRIVE READY position.
Press the desired memory button (1 or 2). The system will beep once, and the driver’s seat position, outside rearview mirror position, steering wheel position, and Head-Up Display height will automatically move to the stored settings.
A Driver 1 or Driver 2 settings applied message will appear on the Kia EV6 infotainment screen.
The automatic recall feature of the Kia EV6 provides added convenience and helps reduce the need for repeated manual seat and mirror adjustments.
If the integrated memory system of the Kia EV6 does not operate correctly, perform the following reset procedure.
