Kia EV6: Opening and closing / Deleting the shared keys

Contents:

Select Setup > Vehicle > Digital Keys > Smartphone key > Shared Keys > [Group] > Delete All on the Kia EV6 infotainment system screen.

All smartphone digital keys other than the owner’s My Smartphone Key are grouped and displayed as Shared Keys within the Kia EV6 Digital Key 2 management menu.

If multiple devices use the same smartphone account, they will appear under the same [Group] classification. Shared keys can be removed together based on their assigned group category.

The Kia EV6 Digital Key 2 system allows convenient management of temporary and shared access permissions for family members or additional drivers.

NOTE

  • If a smartphone digital key is deleted directly from the Kia EV6 vehicle system, the matching digital key stored on the smartphone will also be erased automatically.

  • If the smartphone owner removes the Digital Key 2 from the smartphone wallet or application, the associated key stored inside the Kia EV6 will also be deleted.

  • The infotainment system does not provide an individual delete option for specific shared users.

TIP

The Kia EV6 infotainment interface may vary slightly after software or firmware updates. Refer to the latest infotainment manual and quick reference guide for updated screen layouts and functions.
