Kia Seltos: Door locks / Door lock/unlock features

The Kia Seltos is equipped with door lock and unlock features designed to improve passenger safety and everyday convenience.
Impact sensing door unlock system
All doors will automatically unlock when an impact causes the air bags to deploy. This feature is designed to help occupants exit the vehicle more easily after a collision.
Speed sensing door lock system
All doors will automatically lock after the Kia Seltos speed exceeds 10 mph (15 km/h).
To activate or deactivate the automatic door lock and unlock features, select 'User Settings → Door → Auto Lock/Auto Unlock' on the instrument cluster, or select 'Setup → Vehicle → Door → Auto Lock/Auto Unlock' on the infotainment system.

The Idle Stop and Go (ISG) system in the Kia Seltos helps reduce fuel consumption by automatically turning off the engine when the vehicle is stopped, such as at a red light, stop sign, or in heavy traffic. The engine restarts automatically as soon as the required starting conditions are met, allowing the driver to continue smoothly without using the ignition switch or ENGINE START/STOP button manually.The Kia Seltos light switch includes positions for headlights, position lamps, AUTO lighting, and OFF or DRL OFF operation. To operate the lights, turn the knob at the end of the control lever to one of the following positions: OFF position / DRL off position Auto light position Position & Tail lamp Headlight position
