The Lane Following Assist (LFA) system is a sophisticated driver-assistance feature designed to enhance your comfort and safety. The system then provides subtle steering support to help keep your Kia K4 centered within its lane, significantly reducing driver fatigue during long journeys or highway driving.
Detection sensor
The performance of the Lane Following Assist depends on precise sensor data. Please refer to the "Detecting sensor(s)" section of your manual for the applicable sensors and their specific mounting locations on your Kia K4.
The integrated front-view camera on the Kia K4 is responsible for identifying lane markings and monitoring the distance and trajectory of vehicles ahead to ensure smooth centering.
