The Kia K4 features intuitive power-operated driver's seat adjustments, controlled via the switches mounted on the outboard side of the seat cushion. Before operating your Kia K4, always configure your seat to a position that provides effortless access to the steering wheel, foot pedals, and all instrument panel controls to ensure safe and attentive driving.

Never leave children unattended inside the vehicle. Children can inadvertently operate power seat controls, which may result in pinch injuries or other hazardous situations.
NOTE
Power seating system longevity
- The power seating adjustments in the Kia K4 are motor-driven. Frequent, unnecessary adjustment may cause premature wear on the electrical motors and associated components.
- To prevent overloading the electrical system, do not activate two or more power seat control switches simultaneously. Simultaneous operation can cause electrical surges that might damage the motor or internal circuitry.
Moving forward and backward

To adjust the longitudinal position of your Kia K4 seat:
- Slide the main control switch forward or backward to reposition the seat along the floor tracks.
- Release the switch immediately once the Kia K4 seat has reached your preferred distance from the steering wheel.
Reclining seatback

To adjust the backrest angle in your Kia K4:
- Push the recline control switch forward or backward to achieve your desired torso angle.
- Release the switch once the Kia K4 seatback is properly positioned for comfort and safety.
Changing seat cushion tilt and height

To customize the cushion height and tilt of your Kia K4 front seat:
- Pull the front portion of the switch upward to raise the front cushion, or press it down to lower it.
- Pull the rear portion of the switch upward to raise the rear of the seat cushion, or press it down to lower the rear.
- Release the switch once the Kia K4 seat is correctly balanced and at the desired height.

Optimize your back comfort in the Kia K4 by using the dedicated lumbar support switch located on the side of the seat:
- Press the front section of the switch to increase lumbar firmness and projection.
- Press the rear section of the switch to decrease lumbar pressure.
