The Kia K4 Blind-Spot View Monitor system activates and deactivates automatically in synchronization with your turn signal usage.

Operating conditions

  • When you activate the left or right turn signal, the corresponding camera image appears clearly on the Kia K4 instrument cluster.

Non-operating conditions

The Kia K4 Blind-Spot View Monitor will turn OFF automatically under the following conditions:

  • When you deactivate the turn signal.

  • When the hazard light switch is ON.

  • When the Kia K4 instrument cluster needs to display a higher-priority safety warning message.
