With the Kia EV6 air conditioning system activated, select Face-Level mode (Kia EV6 face-level airflow mode icon) and press the recirculated air button more than five times within three seconds while simultaneously pressing the A/C button.

When the Kia EV6 automatic ventilation function is canceled, the indicator blinks three times.

When the automatic ventilation function is reactivated, the indicator blinks six times.

Smart ventilation: (if equipped)

The Kia EV6 Smart Ventilation system helps maintain a pleasant and fresh cabin environment by automatically monitoring and controlling temperature and humidity levels inside the passenger compartment.

The Kia EV6 smart ventilation function may operate automatically while driving even when the climate control system is in the OFF position.

When the Smart Ventilation system activates, a notification message appears on the Kia EV6 display for approximately five seconds.

The Kia EV6 Smart Ventilation system stops operating under the following conditions:

  • The OFF button is pressed.

  • Any Kia EV6 climate control button or climate function is manually activated.

NOTE

The Kia EV6 Smart Ventilation system may not operate correctly while driving at very low vehicle speeds.

A/C Automatic Drying

The Kia EV6 A/C Automatic Drying feature helps remove moisture remaining inside the air conditioning system and reduces unpleasant air conditioner odors.

Approximately 30 minutes after the Kia EV6 is turned OFF, the blower motor may operate automatically to dry the internal air conditioning components.

V2L has ended. Battery level has reached the set value When the Kia EV6 high-voltage battery charge reaches the configured discharge limit, the V2L function automatically stops operating and a warning message appears on the instrument cluster. To continue using V2L, set the discharge limit lower than the current battery charge level.
