Press the Kia EV6 switchable controller button to activate the desired control panel mode.
The selected Kia EV6 control panel icon illuminates and the controller switches to the chosen operating mode.

The Kia EV6 rotary knob display changes automatically according to the selected panel mode.

Press and hold the Kia EV6 switchable controller button to define the controller’s default operating mode.

After configuration, the Kia EV6 controller automatically returns to the selected default mode after a certain period, even if another control mode was temporarily selected.

If the default mode is configured as OFF, the Kia EV6 controller returns to the most recently used operating mode.
How vehicle radio works

Whenever a front door of the Kia EV6 is opened, the illuminated EV button becomes visible for easier access and driver convenience. The Kia EV6 EV button illumination automatically switches OFF approximately 30 seconds after the door is closed. If all Kia EV6 doors are closed and the vehicle is locked using the smart key or transmitter, the illumination turns OFF immediately.When the lighting control switch of the Kia EV6 is placed in the parking light position, the taillights, license plate lights, position lamps, and instrument panel illumination automatically turn ON. This lighting mode improves vehicle visibility during nighttime parking, low-light driving conditions, or situations where full headlamp illumination is not required.
