The Kia EV6 power front seats can be adjusted using the electronic control switches located on the outside of the seat cushion.

Before driving, adjust the Kia EV6 seat position correctly to ensure comfortable access to the steering wheel, pedals, mirrors, and instrument panel controls.

The Kia EV6 power seat system is designed to provide smoother seat adjustment and improved ergonomic support for the driver and front passenger.

Seat tilt/height (1, 3)

Kia EV6 power seat height and cushion tilt adjustment switch operation

To adjust the height or tilt of the Kia EV6 seat:

Pull the front portion of the control switch upward to raise the front section of the seat cushion, or press downward to lower it.

Pull the rear portion of the switch upward to raise the rear section of the Kia EV6 seat cushion, or press downward to lower it.

Release the switch once the seat reaches the preferred position.

Forward and backward (2)

Kia EV6 power seat forward and backward electronic adjustment control

To move the Kia EV6 power seat forward or backward:

Push the electronic control switch forward or backward until the seat reaches the desired position.

Release the switch once adjustment is complete.

Seatback angle (4)

Kia EV6 power seatback recline adjustment and seating angle control

To recline the Kia EV6 seatback:

Push the seatback control switch forward or backward until the desired recline angle is reached.

Release the switch when the Kia EV6 seatback reaches the preferred position.

Lumbar support: (if equipped)

Kia EV6 lumbar support adjustment controls and driver comfort system

Adjust the Kia EV6 lumbar support using the lumbar support switch located on the side of the seat.

Press the front portion of the switch (1) to increase lumbar support, or press the rear portion (2) to decrease support pressure.
Release the switch once the Kia EV6 lumbar support reaches the desired comfort position.

The lumbar support system of the Kia EV6 is designed to improve lower back comfort during daily driving and long-distance travel.

Power liftgate operating conditions The Kia EV6 power liftgate system operates when the vehicle is in P (Park) while running. When the vehicle is turned off, the power liftgate can still operate regardless of gear position. For safety reasons, the liftgate only opens when vehicle speed remains below 1.8 mph (3 km/h). Before using the Kia EV6 power liftgate, always confirm that the vehicle is securely shifted into P (Park).

The Kia EV6 instrument cluster displays the currently selected gear position whenever the EV button is in the DRIVE READY or POWER ON mode. P (Park) Always bring the Kia EV6 to a complete stop before shifting into P (Park). To shift from R (Reverse), N (Neutral), or D (Drive) into P (Park), press the [P] button. If the Kia EV6 is switched OFF while stationary, the transmission system automatically shifts into P (Park).
