Kia EV6 turn signal lever operation for Blind-Spot View Monitor activation

The Kia EV6 Blind-Spot View Monitor system automatically turns ON and OFF when the turn signal is activated or canceled.

When the driver activates the left or right turn signal, the Kia EV6 side camera image corresponding to that direction appears on the instrument cluster.

When programming a garage door opener with the Kia EV6 HomeLink® system, it is strongly recommended to park the vehicle outside the garage for improved signal reception and additional safety. Install a fresh battery in the handheld transmitter of the device being programmed to HomeLink. A new battery helps ensure faster synchronization, stronger radio-frequency transmission, and more accurate programming performance.

Stop the vehicle and open the driver’s door while the EV button is in the DRIVE READY position and the gear selector is in P (Park). Move the driver’s seat and seatback fully forward to the maximum forward position. Press memory button 1 (or 2) while simultaneously pushing the driver’s seat adjustment switch forward for more than 2 seconds.
