Kia Digital Key 2 adds an advanced level of convenience and connectivity to the Kia EV6 by allowing the driver to lock or unlock the driver and passenger doors, open the liftgate, and start the vehicle using a compatible smartphone or card key without carrying the traditional smart key.
The Kia EV6 Digital Key 2 system is designed to simplify daily vehicle access while supporting modern smartphone-based mobility features and secure digital authentication technologies.
Kia Digital Key 2 is only compatible with smartphones that officially support this feature. Availability and functionality may vary depending on the smartphone manufacturer, operating system version, and wireless communication capabilities.
Some smartphone features or settings may not operate correctly with the Kia EV6 Digital Key 2 system due to hardware or software limitations.
During updates to the Digital Key 2 controller system, certain smart key functions of the Kia EV6 may temporarily become unavailable. If this occurs, the vehicle can still be operated using the physical smart key lock and unlock buttons.
